I am a very experienced traveler across the world, and I found everything to be perfect and ideal - the location, room, cleaning, breakfast, and cooks there worked with true love. The receptionists were very helpful. Very welcoming environment.

We liked everything about this hotel! The location was absolutely ideal for us, the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, our room was lovely, always clean and tidy, and very comfortable. We received some lovely complimentary gifts in our room, and there was fresh water and a coffee maker. We requested a kettle and that was delivered in an instant. And even though we were in a very busy part of the city, the room was quiet and cosy.

Very comfortable bedroom. Excellent central position in city. Nearby hotel Pestana CR7 provided excellent breakfast at 20 Euros each.

Location is just amazing right next to the Arch of Lisbon. Walking distance to many attractions. The room was new and great. The heating was excellent. Breakfast was provided at a nearby 5 start hotel of the same group and was really worth the 2 minute walk to get there. Probably was the best breakfast we had in Lisbon.

Loved the whole experience. I stayed in a cosy room and it was beautifully decorated with ample space for one, a bit tight for a couple.

Amazing hotel in a very ideal location! Staff was always polite and helpful. Rooms were super clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Complimentary drinks and chocolates were offered every day. The hotel is centrally located, right next to Augusta Arch and closed to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, museums and shops. Absolutely recommend and we will be back for sure!

Outstanding location. My lovely room had a little balcony with a view of the arch. The room was spotless and spacious and the cleaners did a great job daily. The fridge and desk were appreciated. Wonderful, friendly staff. The value for money was exceptional. Location was brilliant for morning running - hotel to the Belem Tower along the water and back is c. 15km; perfect!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, appreciating everything from the friendly and cheerful staff to the fantastic location. The breakfast was delightful, and whether interacting with the staff in the breakfast corner or at the reception, everyone was exceptionally welcoming. I had an amazing time during my visit. The room is clean and the location is truly outstanding; a mere turn around the corner leads you to the mesmerising ocean. The street, being an inner one, ensures a quieter atmosphere at night. However, for those who enjoy parties or music, just around the corner offers vibrant options. Overall, I would unquestionably choose to book this hotel again!

I’m very pleased with my stay at Pestana Rua Augusta in Lisboa! The hotel room is very comfortable and immaculately clean. I greatly appreciated the daily house keeping of the room and bathroom. I originally chose this hotel due to its excellent location to public transportation and city highlights. But what truly stood out to me during my stay is how friendly and welcoming the staff are. They went above and beyond during my stay to ensure my comfort, ease of travel, and even surprised me with a present in my room for my birthday despite me not mentioning it at all! I can’t recommend this hotel enough for the most convenience and comfort during your travels to Lisboa.
